For recent separations, early assessment of fair property and debt division, support, and parenting regimes are crucial. 1. Intake Form: We need some basic information about your family law matter including the names of all involved parties to make sure there is no possible conflicts of interest that would prohibit us from assisting with your matter.

2. Initial Consultation with Counsel: We’ll arrange a one hour consultation between you and Kasey where she’ll fully assess your matter and recommend next steps.

3. Retainer Agreement: Before counsel can represent you or take any action on your behalf, a retainer agreement must be entered. This is the contract between you and Villeneuve Family Law setting out our scope and terms of service.

4. Take Action: We will begin the process of resolving your family law matter, keeping your best interests forefront.
